Rob is awesome, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about every plan he represents. Unlike most insurance brokers, he talked to me in depth about my Uncle. He explained the differences in the plans and what would work for him. Then after talking at length, he found the right plan for him and then we had to switch it again after a more lengthy conversation when it wasn’t working for my Uncle because his PCP dropped out of his plan. Rob took the time to answer every question, every time I called him or texted him with another one! And when my Uncle was in the hospital and the hospital was telling my sister some questionable information, I gave her Rob’s number and told her to call him because I knew he would have the correct answers. AND he did. My sister was amazed at how helpful Rob was in a pinch. He got back to her immediately and helped. I would never use anyone else but Rob!
